What if I don't have medical records of my diagnosis?

Prior to booking any certification appointment, you will need to attest that you have been diagnosed with at least 1 of the above diagnoses. At Just My Doc, we understand that medical records may not always be readily available to send to confirm the diagnosis. We find them helpful, but not necessary to proceed with certification. In the case you do not have medical records to send, we will ask for a verbal confirmation and history of your diagnosis.

What if I don't have a diagnosis?

If you do not have a diagnosis of one of the above medical conditions and feel that you would still benefit from using cannabis, you may schedule a combined diagnosis/initial certification appointment. You will send in any relevant medical records and a physician will determine if you meet the criteria for one of the qualifying medical conditions and issue your certification if you do. If you choose to go this route, it is suggested that you to pre-register a profile with the state so that the physician can go in and certify you if you qualify.

If you do not qualify, then you can receive a full refund for the entire consultation as part of our risk-free guarantee.
