Service Description

Do you have a simple health need, but can’t seem to take the time off to go to your doctor or wait in line at the urgent care? We provide simple online scheduling where you can pick a time to take care of various issues such as getting medical forms filled out, refilling prescriptions, referrals to therapists/specialists, and ordering labs/radiology studies. All medical necessity letters or forms should be mailed to info@justmydoc.com in advance and will be completed during the time of the appointment. They will be completed and sent back to you by the end of the session.
